We are hiring Sales agents Male / Female
- Any graduate, 0-5 years experience (sales experience preferred)
- You will be paid 15000/- + incentives for the job.
- No reporting time, no boss. Work as per your time
- Job is about registering a customer on a online portal for advertisement, like “justdial.com, tradeindia.com”. You will be given a tablet to show the demo to customer, and get him to advertise on the portal.
- There are multiple advertisement packages, you may sell any package.
- You will be given training on marketing basics, and on portal.
- Youtube channel will be shared for video training.
Terms and Conditions
- If you have tablet / laptop, you can use that. You can directly take training and join immediately.
- If you don’t have tablet / laptop, company can provide.
- Every day on an average 8-10 registrations can be done by individual agent. In a month say we have 26 working days. so total registration / sale = 8 X 26 = 208. We expect minimum 100 registration to be done to be eligible for rupees 15000/- Monthly payment. 101 registration / sale onwards, you get Rs 50 commission. so sample commission will be 108 X 50 = 5400.
- So a normal candidate can earn 15000 + 5400 = Rs 20,400/- (TDS 3.74% applicable).
- In case candidate is not able to finish even 100, either not capable, or in-between joining of month. He/She will be paid 100 Rs/ registration/sale.
- The commission is applicable for Sale only, not for mere registration of customer.
